I'm Rumeysa Aslıhan, a research assistant in the Computer Engineering department at Istanbul Technical University. I earned both my BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Engineering from ITU, and I'm currently pursuing a PhD in the same field. My prior research focused on astroinformatics and medical image processing, and now I'm engaged in cutting-edge computational tools for variant annotation.
