VCF Observer

VCF Observer is a web tool that can analyze and compare VCF files. It can also benchmark VCF files with user-provided validation sets and supports their editing. It provides Venn diagrams, clustergrams, and precision-recall plots for visualization. It allows the grouping of VCF files based on their metadata as well as filtering based on genomic regions and variant filter column information.
